The clamp is designed to be a little big for the standard garage beam in the US
This clamp seems well designed, however it is a little large for my steel beam. I removed one of the two center bolts and put in some extra padding. It got a solid Mount without the padding but I figured why not just for a little extra.

Works Exactly How I Needed It!
