This book is chock full of useful information, insights and helpful links to assist any student, investor or entrepreneur thinking of starting their own restaurant business. The book is presented in an easy to read and understand format which cuts through “the fluff” and is aimed directly at presenting solid information on all the details that must be successfully navigated in order to run a profitable restaurant.

Self published not worth it
No serious entrepreneur will find anything new here. Very very very basic and a total brain dump of whatever was on the author’s mind.
