As good as previous dualit toaster, however won't know if it lasts as long. Definitely a good budget option

Had this for a few weeks now. My Dad and Daughter love the pastry heater on top. Though that does lead to early scorch marks on metal. For a few days it was only toasting one side, but now it’s toasting both. Nice weight to it, makes my last toaster feel cheap.

A croissant warmer is illustrated but not included. Otherwise toaster is excellent for Bagels, crumpets and toast.The misleading picture should be taken down or the croissant warmer supplied!

Pleased with this so far - it’s easy to use and browns the bread well. The whole exterior structure seems very sturdy and of good quality. There’s the added bonus of having the warming rack included. An extended 2 year warranty is on offer via the Shardor website.

Nice to find a toaster that doesn't cost too much but does do what it's supposed to do. It's reasonably quick to toast too, the timer goes long enough to get a reasonably dark piece of toast and the croissant rack is brilliant, ideal for warming up other breads and pastries that don't need toasting but do benefit from being gently warmed. Nice.

Great toaster, just a little too small for a slice of Warburtons 'toast' bread, so you either have to flip the bread or the top bit stays cold
