I really like this back support. It's nice material and although 'soft' gives plenty of support where needed. I also find it comfy around the arms.I like the way it is adjustable for fit. Only wearing it in short bursts at moment for an hour or so while watching TV in the evening.All in all, really pleases.One thing I would say, if you are nearing upper end of S/M I would go for L/XLCustomer service fantastic.

This pink elastic Posture Corrector is OK ~ it is a bit too elasticated to give any really good support ~ nevertheless when I wear it it makes me aware of my posture ~ so am mindful of how I stand/sit/get around daily ~ perhaps I need someone to fit it properly to my curves ~ we'll see ~ as it us it is an adequate support ♡

It's a solid, sturdy product and great quality. I just found it uncomfortable unfortunately. I am after trying it multiple ways but it's chafes inside clothes but don't want it over clothes. Great quality though

I didn’t use this for my posture, I got it to help me support my sternum when I fractured it, so I turned it around, it was really helpful for the first few weeks, really well made and strong fabric, I will be passing it on to my daughter as she needs to use it for the purpose of it’s original design

I was rather sceptical when I ordered this item.I thought we’ll for 20 quid it was worth a try.I am so so so pleased I did.I don’t have very serious back pain, it s worse when I walk or stand too long.Taking the dog out is worst it gets. I have - well, had to keep stopping and stretching backwards to ease the pain.Not now, I think because my posture is correct when I’m walking I’m not straining my backI can honestly say I’ve virtually had no back pain since I started wearing this.It a pretty colour so if the strap shows, depending on what I’m wearing, it looks ok.It’s easy to get on and once it’s on you can forget about it.Best £20 I’ve spent. I certainly recommend it. !!!

Bought as I have a sore back and tend to stoop when walking. This certainly helps me stand up straight. The straps were digging into me but I think it was on too tight. My back feels better when wearing it too.

I ordered the wrong size by mistake the s/m was tight around my arms. Emailed the company and a replacement was sent immediately you also don’t need to return the original one which I will use when I have lost more weight. The product itself is extremely good, I was dubious but it certainly corrects your posture and enables you to walk with a straight back. I get pain in my upper back and neck when walking and this definitely helps me to walk and stand correctly

As I tend to slouch when I work especially when I am tired, I bought this posture corrector in the hope it would help to hold my back straight when I work from home. Unfortunately it made me sweat very quickly even in winter time and more importantly the pressure on the stomach is unbearable. Worse it does not stay in place and rolls itself below the breasts making it very uncomfortable. It did not help much with the posture either as I tend to return to a slouching position and fight the corrector. Returned!

This shoulder strap is a great fit! It is soft and fits firmly against your shoulder blades. I have really bad knots in my upper back and this really helps to relax them. This was definitely a good purchase!

I bought this because I work a lot on the computer and was noticing that I was getting "forward head syndrome" and a tired neck at night. Thought I'd try this and not spend money going to the physiotherapist. It doesn't look super strong, but it's great! Pulls back my shoulders and lifts my bust while being super comfortable and fits well. Also I only have to wear it about 4-5 hours a day and I've found that even when I take it off, my posture has improved. Well worth buying. Wish it came in a darker colour for wearing under a blue or black t-shirt. Note: the first 2 hours it squeezes your underarms but soon stretches to fit nicely - like a memory foam mattress so one actually forgets that it's on.

I'm 45, and I've had a issues with my back since I was 19. I slouch often due to the pain in my lumbar spine from dislocated discs and because of the counterweight from my size DD chest. I'm on pain management, so I've been prescribed a couple of types of braces. Once, I was prescribed a clavicle brace, which was awkwardly uncomfortable. It was 100% unbeneficial and did not work at all. Not to mention, the design was not very intuitive, and I could not even put it on by myself. A few years later, I was prescribed a $1500 back brace, which also did not work. I could put it on myself and it was more comfortable than the clavicle brace, but no matter where I positioned it or how tight I made it, it provided absolutely no support. The other day, I began reading a lot of Amazon reviews, looking for some sort of back brace to help my posture which would help elevate some of the pain in my back. I'm on enough pain pills and pain patches to kill a horse, yet I still have pain. Instead of increasing my doses, I was hoping there was something else I could try - a last ditch effort before asking my doctor to increase my pain meds. This back brace is great! It is not as constricting or as uncomfortable as the two prescribed braces I've owned. It holds my posture upright and is easy to put on and easy to adjust. The material is soft and smooth, which helps tremendously with the comfort. I am so thankful for this back brace! It does hurt a little bit (more like 'sore' than 'hurt', I suppose) around the front of the underarm area (the area where the brace goes underneath your arm), but it helps if you wear a shirt with sleeves underneath the brace. With any device that is pulling on your body, it is going to 'dig' into your skin a little and cause soreness, so I'm not surprised by the 'digging' sensation. It's not enough to bother me or to make me want to return it, especially with a shirt on underneath the brace. A shirt makes the soreness almost nonexistent. In the end, the brace definitely does its job, and it does it well - a lot better than the expensive, prescription braces I've owned. Overall, I am very satisfied and very pleased with this brace. If something were to happen to it, like if I left it on vacation or something, I'd buy another one in a heartbeat!
