Great headgear piece all around… Save your money and get this one. Used this for a few sparring sessions for Muay Thai/kickboxing and it did the job perfectly. The coverage on this headgear is better than most you will see on the market giving you full chin coverage as well which is clutch for getting hit with uppercuts. The foam around the nose is nice and close together which is what you want… If there’s too much of a gap there it won’t give you proper protection which is a problem with some of the other comparable headgear pieces out there. I’m 6’5” with a 58cm head measurement and I got the XL. Perfect snug fit. Hope this helps… Happy training my friends!

Offers good impact protection while not being bulky. Compared to other (more expensive) helmets, I chose this one due to the increased protection it offered during boxing and sparring matches. The fit could be better on the margin.
