This lamp is just what I needed for my sewing room. The one ceiling light in my room left shadows and was not bright enough to see well to cut my fabric. I liked that this light has the ability to adjust the brightness depending on how many lights you have on. The one thing I did not like, is that each time you turn the switch another light bulb comes on. In all honestly tho I think it is just something I need to get used to, it is just different than my other one.It is plenty bright and I do not even use my ceiling light anymore, and you can angle the lights in any direction you need to avoid shadows. The height is also great for this as the light comes from above and not the side.It was nice that it came with two sets of bulb covers. While I cannot imagine using the colored ones, my one downstairs because it was used before LED bulbs got hot and cracked the shades. I think with LED this will not be a problem. I also like the foot switch, it is easy to turn off and on. It automatically goes back to the amount of lights that were on the last time you used it.

I am using this to grow plants inside my house, equipped with plant light bulbs. The goose necks are so flexible that I can aim them in all the right directions. It’s a great product.

I bought this lamp for my son’s bedroom and he absolutely loves all of the colors! It does seem a bit cheap but that’s because it was! It’s exactly what I’d expect a $40 lamp to look like. Very easy to assemble, it maybe took me 5 minutes. I’d definitely recommend for a kiddos room, especially when they want to change the theme of their room as they get older. It also comes with white covers which is great!

Update (2/8/2025): Although the replacement lamp also has this distinct burn smell which is visible only when you go very close to SOME of the lamp heads, I want to refrain from giving a negative review since the lamp is working fine otherwise. I actually bought 2 of the same lamps so I'll continue to monitor and update this review in a month or two. But for the time being, it doesn't seem to be a fire hazard and the product is very useful so I'll give it the 5 stars.Update (2/3/2025): I was barely under the return/refund time-frame, so I was able to report the defect and currently a new replacement lamp is being sent to me. I will update this review based on how this new lamp performs.***********Original Review Below************This product was working great for providing light to my indoor plants but yesterday, I noticed a strong unpleasant burning smell. I realized it is coming from one of the lamp heads. After a day, the smell is still coming. So now, I only have 4 operational lamp heads but not sure if they will also have same issue. I'm stuck because I'm using this lamp to give light to my plants and they will not survive if I turn off the lamp. Hence, returning it is also tricky. Also, I am using 11W LED bulbs which are well under the wattage limit of this lamp. Not sure if I have a defective item or it's poor engineering?

I love my new lamp. It was very easy to assemble. I love how it has both the colored covers and the white colors. I like how I can turn it on and off with the floor control. Excellent

I have had a pole lamp for years. It has 5 lights to use. All can be used independently with the use of one toggle switch.The two new lights I ordered each have to be turned on with their own toggle. Which makes it more difficult to reach them all because of where they fit behind furniture.I prefer the pole lamp with the one switch to operate the five lights. Much easier to place the light with furniture that has one switch to consider how to reach.They came with two sets of light covers. Five White or the choice of 5 separate colors and are easy to change out if wanted.
