Get those extra carbs when you need them...(right after a hard workout). Talk about quick recovery! Don't understand why many dislike the taste, I feel like its OK when it comes to taste. Yes, it's chalky and does foam up which can be petty. You we notice some gains, but nothing massive or out of this world. It's a decent supplement, if you have the extra $$$. Get yourself some MM Secret Sauce, you cant go wrong.

This has become a staple for me. I mix two scoops in with fruit punch carnivore immediately after my workout. I have noticed a change in my body structure. It's hard to explain but I'm starting to look stronger since I started taking this post workout.

The best post-workout I've used. I refuse to even comment on the taste because that's not what this should be about, it seems to be a theme on Amazon supplement reviews to waste half your review talking about the taste. If you're only buying supplements based off taste, you don't deserve to hear my opinion on it and your priorities are out of order. I've gone through 2 tubs of this so far and the results are obvious. Hopefully that makes my review more credible than most people who have only used the supplement for a couple days (Again, most reviews on Amazon are from people who have only used the supp for a couple days). There is a significant decrease in recovery time after a month or so of use. The carbs, creatine and BCAA's in this are fantastic and I intend to continue to cycle this into my post-workout regimen every couple months.

I love it. I feel like it has helped me recover more quickly, and it certainly keeps me feeling full and satisfied longer than other post-workout drinks I've tried.
