Great knives!
We haven't needed to sharpen these yet.The knives get used daily to rarely depending on the knife. I haven't needed to sharpen any of them.They are good looking and well weighted. I wouldn't have bought this, but, husband is a Ramsey fan and asked for them. It's been a good purchase.*update. I have sharpened the longer knives. The included sharpener does a great job. Also, the handles have faded from being washed in the dishwasher. That handwashing is best is included in the instruction materials, so no stars lost.

These knives are perfectly balanced and blades are tough by light. They will help keep you from being a Donkey in the kitchen, these are Chefs knives after all. Brilliant set. Ordered the carving knife and fork to complete this beautiful set. Oh, the steak knifes are great too. Happy to have this set in our kitchen.
