So I bought this as I have persistsnt migraines. popped it in the fridge and at first use it was ok, stayed cold for about 20 minutes but then absorbed the hest from the raging pickaxe in my head. I resorted to the freezer and it worked really well.I put it on and started to feel soothed, but shortly after I got a headache like you get when you swallow 40 gallons of ice cream in quick succession. In the rnd I resorted to putting my head in the freezer and that soon warmed me up to a point I could function like a human being.I would recommend that you freeze it, and ot will work, but it might be worth just using it in short bursts, i wouldn't recommend using it frozen overnight, because if you do, you will feel like Disney's Frozen was wrote just for you, and for those of you who think "the cold doesnt bother me anyway", I would recommend this highly.

can be a wee big and you can struggle to set it up. At some point just gave up and wrapped it as I could as I could not be bothered anymore. gave 5 stars cause it covers the eyes, calms the head and helps with soreness. So still worth it especially for the price its being sold.

I love the way you can put it into the fridge or microwave, but I haven't used it yet. I haven't gotten a migraine yet. But when I do I might change my review on it

I had such a terrible migraine I was willing to try anything so bought this for ice pain relief. It was exceptionally cold at first. I knew the cold would subside but it did this far more quickly than I expected. Although the padded element gives a comfortable fit, I think this makes it feel wam and stops the ice after a short time. I would use it again but I would keep another cold pack to alternate with.

Great product

I used this when my sinusitis got bad, & it's great as it covers all those painful areas on the face.It seems to heat up more successfully than it cools down in the freezer. I left it in the freezer overnight, but it didn't feel very cool.

Fails to get cold.

This is a wonderful product for the price. I had e fever yesterday that came with the worst, throbbing, aching migrane that lasted me a little over 24 hours. Anyway, I'm glad this product was availabe for same day delivery. It soothed my headache immediately and helped me sleep. ONLY CON: this will not stay cold for over 30 mins. You might want to buy a second one to keep on rotation.

Feels like great quality and I love that it’s fully adjustable when having a small head. Had a factory smell at first, so make sure to let it air off. It doesnt fit well around my thin nose tho, so cant wear it as a sleep mask cus it wont be dark. But I assumed it would be like that before I got it. I bought it because I want pressure around my head sometimes. Havent tried the cooling or heating yet. It came in a cute package with great user instructions and even a little thank you-letter from the manufacturer.
