I have purchased so many pillows trying to find the right one, it’s so frustrating you can’t try before you buy but I get why :) I have neck and shoulder pain from a c7 disc bulge and always wake in pain. I’m not a front sleeper though, i’m a back /side sleeper.Have tried memory foam so many times before and always found them to be too hard but this pillow is soft and low so my my neck and spine are aligned.
