MSM is like magic. Reduces or ends pain while opening capillary circulation for healing. I have been using it for my second day, and put some on before bed and during the day. At night I wake up with aches on n my hips usually and they hurt throughout the day sitting or standing.This cream I have had ache free hips right away watching tv (usually can't get comfortable.) next day my hips didn't ache on our 50 min drive to work. This stuff is working, MSM is a pain reliever and I take it orally but this cream gets absorbed quickly

I got this for my wife who had been working housekeeping and her hands would be stiff every morning. We tried it several times with little effect. It was mostly just nice for her that I was putting lotion on her hands before bed. There wasn't a noticable difference in the morning concerning the stiffness. However, if you want to impress your wife, rub this into her hands twice a day and tell her it's good for her joints. She'll love it!

This stuff is amazing!!! Rub it on 4 to 5 times a day or as often as you can think of it.... My knees feel so much better. Nothing has ever helped my osteoarthritis more....ITS JUST TOO BAD THAT EVEN WITH PRIME MEMBERSHIP AND PAYING AMAZON OVER $100 PER YEAR, YOU STILL NEED TO GO LOOKING FOR $25 WORTH OF GOODS TO BUY SO AMAZON WILL SHIP IT. I purchased this product hoping it would help bring healing or even just some relief from tennis elbow and/ or arthritis pain. It seemed to my husband and me to do neither for us. It didn't seem to do any harm either except to our wallet.

This stuff actually works for chronic joint pain. I don't have arthritis, but I'm an aging athlete and carpenter with a lot of old injuries and aches and pains. I didn't get instant relief, and wasn't expecting to, but after a week or so I noticed some improvement. Now after a month I have very good results and have ordered more.4 stars because it's quite greasy and a little sticky, but worth it for the fair price and positive results.

This is some great stuff. Takes the aches out of the knees, and the pain out of hands and fingers. For a while, I was using it just when Things Hurt. But then, at the suggestion of a health care worker, I use it almost every day, and it's making a difference. I go up and down stairs faster, and can walk further. I love this stuff. The lotion part is pretty sturdy, and reconstitutes in the shower, but that is my only problem with it. My friend who has scent sensitivities and gets headaches from all sorts of products can use this creme with no problems.

I really hate this cream. It's sticky, smelly and says not to use it if you're pregnant... I'm not pregnant, but that sends a red flag to me! It's greasy feeling and just not at all what I was looking for. If it helped with my arthritis, I would tolerate it, but it didn't. 2 stars for effort...
