Superclip

a little expensive, but easy to use once you know how to use it and works great on a long painters pole. i take it on every sport climbing trip.

This is an awesome tool. I screwed it onto a stiff painting extension pole that I bought at home depot. The simple construction works great and is sturdy. I'm recommending this to all my friends. I laugh at others when I see the crappy plastic tools they have that don't work as reliably as this one does.

Bought this along with a 12' Mr. Long Arm (6612 Heavy Duty Alumiglass Extension Pole) for clipping that first or second bolt. Seems great- good quality and overall as expected. I first bought a Trango Beta Stick, but in the rare instance we needed to unclip a bolt we were out of luck so it's worth investing in the Superclip for doing both.

buy one and learn how to use it.

This works pretty well for placing draws and putting rope through pre-hung draws, but getting draws off the wall is almost impossible. Maybe my quickdraws (Petzl Djinn Axess) are too large?

Brilliant simple design that works great. Takes up no space and weighs nothing. Bought this to replace a Trango Squid that probably was accidentally left behind or found it's way into another person's backback.

Slick idea but it's not nearly as easy as you would think. I was using my Trango Squid for years before it broke. This seemed like the ticket for durability however retrieving a draw is a chore if a rope is not strung to hold it tight. But whatever, it's good enough to get them hung.

Really great tool for clipping the first bolt, I really appreciate having a stick clip in areas where the starting moves are really exposed. I use this clip primarily with Petal Spirit draws and it is a bit of a pain to load but once you get through that it works great.I'm deducting some stars because of how expensive this thing is for what you get. This is literally just a wound wire spring with some plastic heat shrink around the bottom, I really don't know how the cost can be justified. It's a really good product but I felt pretty scammed when I realized how simple it was for the price.
