This is an excellent slackline, especially for the price. It comes with the line, the ratchet, 2 tree protectors, some instructions on how to set it up and a bag to carry it in (with shoulder straps). The bag is super helpful, and plenty big to fit the line, ratchet and protectors. The shoulder straps are clutch.I'm brand new to the sport and have used it 5-6 times so far. It's quick & easy to set up and break down. As far as I can tell, it's durable. We'll see how it holds up over time, but from what I've done with it so far, I have every reason to believe it will last.The tree protectors are a little weak. They don't provide a ton of coverage, and aren't long enough to cover many trees (even medium-sized ones). But you shouldn't be buying this for the protectors. Old towels would work better anyway, and they are super-cheap. Even without the protectors, this is totally worth the money.

This thing is seriously fun & addictive. It is well made & easy to set up. I'm 6'1" 225lb & my bro is 6'8" and 255lb. This thing supported us with no problem. He already ordered one. I've only had it for five days, but myself and the neighborhood kids have spent many hours on it already. I also bought some tree wraps, but old towels would suffice. When you first install it, only place it about 10" off the ground. I started out placing it too high and it was harder to get up and a little scary. Now, i'm so much more comfortable with it and would feel better with it being higher. I got 12 steps forward today and four steps backward. making progress!

I was a little skeptical about buying a slackline at random from Amazon. There are a few dozen brands to choose from and they all have similar pictures and descriptions. They were either all going to be junk or all good. Still can't speak for the other brands out there but Macaco is high quality when it comes to the slackline and ratchet. The webbing is thick and the ratchet is very robust. It came with a carrying bag but the string ripped off of that the first time I put everything in it. I wasn't buying this because it came with a free bag so I will not let the affect my review.I have now used this half a dozen times with a variety of people and everyone enjoys it. It kept my 4 and 5 year old niece and nephew entertained for a few hours as well as my 60 year old parents. We just lower the line so it is only a few inches off the ground in case anyone falls.I would recommend this to anyone looking to get outside and enjoy.

This is a pretty decent set. I have the Gibbon Classic line at home. The Gibbon webbing is a tick thicker, the stitching is heavier, the end loops are a little more durable in appearance and the ratchets are nearly identical. This Macaco set certainly exceeds the specs needed to make this a good play line. There is a point where 'more' adds no utility. I love the Macaco's neon lime color - I like color.Even tho' I have the same two spots to use my lines, I do not get a chance to do this often so I remove the lines to keep them from getting nasty. To make it easier/faster - I made up 'leave behind' sections. (I make things for airplanes and have the heavy machines/materials) At my business I use a shipping container as one anchor. (photo)I originally asked if the printing on the line was non-slip ..it is not. It is common nylon screen print ink, there is no extra traction. I paddle surf and one of the things I use to better the grip on a paddle is 'truck bed coating' by Rust-Olem. I have tried other rubber spray products but they tend to peel under stress. I made a simple mask and sprayed the line. I hated to bugger the color but I don't like that crotch snap I get when my foot slips off the line. It seems to adhere to the webbing pretty well, but I have not had the time to test the durability. It is clearly more non-slip.If you ever get a chance - visit the people at the Santa Monica pier. I had never seen this done before and they are not only talented, but very welcoming to old fools who want to give it a try. Have fun. Jim

This is my first slackline ever. It's simple to set up, take down, and store. The length is good. This thing has endured a lot of use and abuse for the past six months or so that I've had it- through different climates (rain, snow, intense sun, and tropical humidity), three countries, summer barbecues, kids, you name it. So far, everything works the same from when I first bought it! I taught my siblings (ages 11-17) how to use it and we've had a lot of fun working our way through the little tricks illustrated in the booklet. The thickness is great for beginners and if you practice you can get pretty good fast. I might get a thinner one eventually to make it more challenging but right now it's a lot of fun taking friends out and teaching them how to do it.

We bought this slack line in late spring and it has been HOURS of entertainment for our girls. They are 11 and 12 and have had many friends over and we have seen 6+ kids on it and still not touching the ground! It has held its tension very well and has not been tightened once since my husband first put it up. The trees he attached it to are approximately 45' apart and we also put up the strap above for the kids to hold onto, especially helpful to the kids as they are learning--we are so happy we got this for the kids! If you are considering an outdoor party, this will keep any visiting kids busy and active without a screen. We also recommend a tether ball pole...but that's a different review! :)

We LOVE this slackline set. It comes with everything you need, and is easy to set up.At first we had it at a shorter length than in the photo, and it was easier to learn on, but the post on our deck that it was connected too wasn't stable enough.So although it's nearly max length now, it's so much more stable, and although more difficult, we really enjoy it. Our friends and family that come visit have had so much fun too. We use a ski pole for beginners so they can get the hang of it. But the book it comes with is great for advice on how to progress with your skills. AWESOME.

J'ai acheté cette slackline pour l'installer entre deux arbres dans le jardin.J'avais pas mal fait le tour des autres produits proposés, ce qui m'a plus ici, c'était la présence des protections pour les arbres, et de la ligne d'entrainement.Ca fait bientôt un an que la slack est accrochée dans le jardin, elle a passé l'hiver, la neige, le gel, et quelques anniversaires avec plein d'enfants qui la confondaient avec un trampoline.Rien à dire, elle n'a pas bougé !La ligne d'entrainement n'est rien d'autre qu'une vulgaire sangle, mais elle a le mérite d'être là.La poignée est facile à manipuler, et tient bien.

I like the price and the actual item is pretty good. My family and I have been using it since it got delivered. We may not stop slacklining ever. I am happy I got it before it ran out. If you see it available again, get it!
