Great Product Great Vlue
I ordered this to paint doing intuitive watercolors. That’s not what I ended up using it for! Although, watercolor on it does very well, the paper does not curl. It’s a good quality but has a slight texture to it.

Cheaper price as Michael
Good item, watercolor is good on this paper. Cheaper price as Michael though.

Good paper but it has a consistent flaw
This is my second pad and both had this flaw in the corner. The purchases were a year or so a part so something is wrong with their press.

Quality Paper
The paper takes the paint well. I like painting cards and this paper, folded in half, makes a nice sized card. I wish this paper came with envelopes!

Folded makes excellent greeting card lol
I like the quality for the price because since I became a widow I paint a great deal to make use of my time and it is very comforting

Sizing Improved.
The new texture makes the paper look cheap, but it is a budget paper. Paint flows much better than before, but tends to dry with hard edges, and lightens more as it dries. Lifting is much easier than before, and it looks as though it will stand up to some scrubbing. If the paper maker will improve the surface appearance, they will have a product that I would use. I hope they will do so. That would give students and amateur artists a useful paper for gift-giving as well as for practice.

TERRIBLE
This paper is the worse. It does not absorb water or the colors very well. It doesn't even feel good to paint on it. It's ok for little kids as it is sturdier than copy paper, but if you are going to take the time to do a watercolor, don't use this paper. Even for schooling paper, you are better off to use the Strathmore in the yellow pad.
