Only the jacket and the white piece is sewn in. My husband is 6’5 and 220 and in a wheelchair. But this fit him well through the shoulders and body.

This item is the Standard Size (fits up to 44 Regular). Model is 5ft 11in / 162lbs. I checked and cannot find the Plus size on Amazon for sale at this time.
