Although I don’t typically leave reviews especially for equipment or technology since it can all be faulty. I have to say I do love this product it’s easy to use but most importantly I need to shout out to the customer support received. I had a small issue I wanted to look into got a reply the same day and a replacement part. I gladly would have paid for but the company didn’t hesitate. I will gladly purchase from this seller again

I am very happy with my new machine. It arrived earlier than the dates expected and was very easy to set up. Setting the temperature and the time was easy to do. Used it to print a t-shirt with htv and took 20 seconds and came out great. It was easy to do the t-shirt with the 360 rotation of the top press. Going out to get a sublimation printer so I can do mugs and hats in addition to shirts. Very excited with my new heat press.
