Great at smoothing out general trail and road bumps, well made.
Really good at absorbing rough road and gravel path bumps and small ruts/ridges and even small tree roots. You can still feel the bumps but they do not cause the jarring. Beware if your bike has internal cable routings through the headset though as the cable run can be quite tight on some set ups and I had to do some spacer modifications on mine to allow it to fit. Great product though.

Worth the money
Takes a lot of vibration off the front end without noticeable negative performance impact. I've used it in gravel races, not sure yet if I'll leave it on for CX races, given the need to lift the front end.
