The mouth was smashed in front a little. Still usable.Just weird looking now.

My son wanted to use his birthday gift card on this Elmo puppet, so I got it for him. He started playing with it and within 5 minutes he came back to me... Elmo's eyes popped off. I performed a little surgery and Elmo has his eyes back on but this puppet is made from the absolute cheapest materials possible. The cloth around where the eyes goes in was falling apart. Would not purchase again OR give this as a gift.

So far nothing is falling off or apart aside from reviews.I find it hard and awkward to work the mouth and arms at the same time. Really the mouth is hard and awkward I get cramps trying to work it every time I play with it. Other than that it’s alright for kids.

I had an issue with the IRS fell off and they sent me a brand new one for free would recommend using this company

Cute fun puppet. Bought it as a gift and the recipient really enjoyed it.

Super cute! BUT, sheds sooo bad!! There's red lint all over my house! The eyes fell off three days after I got it and they are almost impossible to glue back because of the way they're designed. Sadly terrible quality.

Llego en la fecha indicada, aunque el producto tenía una parte descocida pero considero que es de buena calidad.

Cumple con su función de entretener a los peques de la casa. Es un bonito regalo para quienes conocen el programa. Al momento de usarlo por primera vez, se sentía un hoyo en su cabeza, una parte descosida. Por ello no soy las 5 estrellas pese a que es un buen producto. 👍🏻💯

Esta muy pequeño y no tiene mucha movilidad en la boca para el precio esta bien !
