Works! (And tastes like cotton candy)
Sublingual melatonin is the most effective way to use. This i primarily use on nights when I need to rise early the next morning but hadn't risen quite that early on the present morning ... you know what I mean: Sunday nights especially.😬 I'll place one of these under my tongue about 30 mins before I need to hit the sack, and let it dissolve. Provides the calm sleepiness I need. And at only 3mg is the optimal strength. Bonus: It tastes like cotton candy.

Works like it should
I'm on probably my third bottle of these. I only need one at night maybe two but they work great they taste great! Not all melatonin is created equal this stuff is good

Definitely fast acting
Got this for my son to help sleep and get on a schedule. Every once in a while I would take one. It kicks in within 10-15 min. Keeps me asleep all night until my alarm or I'm ready to get up.

Good product!
These taste good. I like the 3mg size so I can take 1-3. I even take 1 during the day to relax my anxious body. Each of my 3 dogs get one an hour before bedtime to help them settle in. I recommend!!

Can you swallow these whole? Sublingual? Chew?
I take 2 of these (6mg). I've taken them multiple ways and all of them work. The bottle doesn't actually say if you're supposed to chew them, or take them under the tongue or whatever. It just says that they are "fast dissolving". Which they are. They taste, smell and look like candy so keep them away from kids
