These work really well and are such a great deal compared to the name brand version. I would honestly compare them to Zyrtec because they work just as well for me at a much lower price. I use them for seasonal allergies and they help a lot with sneezing, itching, and congestion. One thing I like is that I can take them at night and still feel relief into the next day. Definitely worth it if you use cetirizine regularly and want a more affordable option.

These allergy pills actually saved me during pollen season here in FL. It works just as well as the name brands and it’s extremely affordable. These don’t make you feel drowsy or tired and they keep all of the allergy symptoms away. I noticed a huge reduction in headaches and sinus issues. Highly recommend!

I can't compare this with the brand name version as I've always used loratadine and not cetirizine. However, the Amazon Basics Cetirizine was on sale for a great price so I thought I'd give it a try. My main concern was whether it would cause drowsiness because unlike loratadine, the box actually says "may cause drowsiness" and thus cannot be marketed as a non-drowsy formula. Each person reacts to medications differently, but for me at least, the Amazon Basics Cetirizine did not cause any drowsiness. It worked just as effectively as the loratadine and perhaps a slight bit faster. Even better, the bottle says the pill can be halved if a full strength dosage is not needed. I tried it and I didn't notice any difference between full or half dosage with my allergies (which are mild by the way) so I basically now have double the amount of medicine and won't have to reorder as soon. Again, your mileage will vary.

I used to buy it from Walgreens, and it was like $50 for 20 tablets. This works the exact same and has such a better value for the money. I take one every morning and it works like a charm. I have not experienced any allergy symptoms in so long. Even my dad who hates taking medicine has started to take one every day to. It does not make me drowsy or anything either.

They are your typical generic zyrtec. I have celiac and had to look up the NDC number on the bottle to make sure they were safe before purchasing. Not a bad price and they work just as well as the name brand. I have severe allergies to like, everything, and MCAS. I have to take 2 pills per day in 12 hr increments per my allergist, but normal safe dosing is 1 pill per 24 hrs. I don't have any side effects unless I forget some doses for a few days, then I get some withdrawal and my allergy symptoms attack me like crazy. The pill size is the biggest out of all the other brands I've tried thus far, I'd say it's like a medium sized tablet. Still easy to swallow.

I have been taking this brand for the past year on a daily basis after my doctor recommended the name brand. It’s highly effective and you can’t beat the price! This bottle contains all you’ll need for the whole year - so nice to not have to run to the drugstore every month! I’ve had no adverse side effects and my allergies are finally under control! Highly recommend!

This allergy medicine works fairly well. But, I have severe year round allergies and believe I need something else maybe a bit stronger. It definitely alleviated my allergy issues to where I felt mild relief. But not the, 'oh, I feel so much better' relief.

The med that is currently saving me from all these pollens. Spring is here and every night I have to take two pills before I go to bed. On nights I forgot to take it, I’ll be sneezing like no tomorrow. Coughing every single 3 mins. My throat became sore from the coughing. My eyes be itching red and itching. It’s awful. With this I can have a good night sleep and continue my day. The pill isn’t that big. Pretty easy to swallow. I don’t notice any side effects from taken it yet and I’ve been on it for 2-3 months now. I did take a break for a whole week and didn’t feel anything different.
