The world globe was a big "hit" with my granddaughter. She has many questions about the earth. Plugging in the globe and turning it on was a surprise to me to see it change to a star chart in the dark. But one thing that would improve quality of the purchase would be a booklet explaining things about the world globe and especially explaining about the star chart and the chart meanings. Otherwise, a good investment for children or grandchildren or anyone else for that matter.

The added feature of being able to see the stars & constellations when lit up.

The names of the countries are a bit too small for what I was anticipating. Thought that the words would’ve been a little bigger. But the night light feature serve its purpose as a night light for my little son, other than that he hasn’t show much interest in it up to this point. But for a 13” globe I guess that’s the best that they could do.

After the first purchased of this item, I did not know why this item would not be packed the appropriate method. The second time around different carrier item was intact, box was not ripped. Packed the same way however carrier was more careful I am satisfied with the product, late for a gift but arrived safely.

I use it for educate; and you should pack better next time. You shouldn't pack round item in lose box and let it roll around for thousand of miles; luckily it is still good. So does a man who bought a water melon and set it in the car trunk and let it bang around on the way home; if it's not brew or broke, eat it.
