I use 880 and two integrated docking station. 880 recognize each and return to either depeding on 880 position.

Q: Will it work with the 4150 room ova?

No, this item only works with iRobot model series 500, 600, 700 and 800

Q: would this enable me to buy a US roomba model 650 and use it in Australia?

Q: Does this work with the j7?

no it does not. I should have a j7 dock in this week but it will be more expensive.
