Why no refill pack?
Does what it says on the tin, but why waster all that plastic? Why not give the option of refill packs

Wish I’d stayed with SiS
This product doesn’t dissolve in water and clumps into a sticky mess at the bottom of my bottles. Sooooo frustrating. Surely one of the top requirements is dissolvable
