As someone who constantly feels "stuck" this book really spoke to the feelings I have struggled to acknowledge out of fear. I like the direct approach some of the writers took when it comes to accountability and how its not always a bad thing to take ownership of where you are in life. We are a result of our choices. I felt like I was talking to a close friend while I read along and I found it to be comforting as well as informative. I will be recommending this to others.
