Q: Does the fountain come with a power cord, or does it need to be professionally connected by an electrician? If there is a power cord, how long is it?

It comes with a power cord. The cord is 10 feet long.

Q: My patio has a very slight slope. Does the fountain have to be perfectly level to work properly?

It does work better leveled, so that you only lose water via evaportion versus spilling ... there are leveling shims enclosed with the fountain to aid in leveling. Also, using a small bubble level will help to set it up so that is level on both directions. Hope this helps.

Q: Are the pots blue or turquoise?

I think they are more turquoise than blue.

Q: Does this fountain spray water around it?

You can adjust the water stream. The only time my fountain sprayed water around it was if it had to much water in it. I love mine, I have 2.
