Where is the metal plate located on the back of the case? does the magnet run the whole back of the case?

The metal plate is towards the top of the case right under the opening for the camera lenses. I have not had any problems with the location of the plate. It allows wireless charging, the reason for the plate not the entire length of the back of the case.

What makes the magbig so different from the gripbig (which i currently have)?

Dear Douglas, thanks for your question. MagBig features 4 bumpers in the corners while GripBig doesn't, GripBig is more slim than MagBig. But they have the same big size metal plate for magnetic mount/holder. And what's more for MagBig and GripBig, we launched a magnetic wallet for them, pls check it at our store.

Is it easy to feel and press the volume and sleep buttons?

Yes, it is easy to feel and press all the buttons. On this point MagBig series cases are better than GripBig series cases.

Does it protect screen with screen protector?
