Build It! Volume 3: Make Supercool Models with Your LEGO® Classic Set (Brick Books, 3)

Great book! I had previously purchased onlinea book from a different company. It was only pictures of things you could build. This book actually gave you page after page of pictures along with step by step instructions. Now my grandson can have tons of fun with all his old legos.

Our son loved this book, he didnt get alot of time to use it because the hurricane took our house and the book along with it!But when he did have it, he used to make all kinds of stuff..

This book if full of fun little challenges for kids to build. Recommended for the Lego fan in your life.

As many others have remarked, the colors in the book are not a good match for the actual block colors. But the pictures still give good ideas for things to build, and eventually you figure out the colors. The key is to get the blocks counted out before you begin. Then at least you know you have the blocks you need. I found a page online written by the author of these books, which explains which books work with which legos sets. Make sure you are buying the correct book for the set you have.

We do like this book. It was kind of neat to find a book with more things to build with the set my son got for Christmas. The only problem is is there are mistakes. We’ve only built the green plane so far and it has two mistakes. It asks for a piece that doesn’t come with the set (we actually spent a long time looking for it before I checked the list of pieces in the box itself and found it isn’t in there) and it asks for a certain number of blocks and then in the instructions asks for an additional one. Also like a previous review stated the colors are off so it’s hard to tell what it’s asking for. My four year old doesn’t seem to mind though.

An outstanding instructional book for getting the most from your associated Lego kit!

kids loved it easy to use.

Good range of models for a 6+ child to build with step by step pictorial instructions. A few of the pictures are quite difficult to identify where the parts have been added, but can be identified by looking at the other stages. So many of the Lego models books are just pictures of finished models and a list of pieces - no good for a youngster to follow.This book is definitely worth the money - particularly a second hand buy in good condition. Bought books 2 & 3 for the price of one.

Bought for grandchildren ages 6-8 and I liked that it shows what pieces you need to make the picture and that it uses just regular lego pieces

More complex things to build. Bright colourful diagrams. Completes the set.

Exactly I was looking for this book, after got it now all classic Lego is useful,🙂Thanks Amazon ,make life more easy n nice.

Bought as a gift for my son. Easy to follow and understand.Enjoyed hours of building fun. Would have preferred coloured photos but still enjoyed.
