These work really well. Actually taste yummy. No strange after taste. My only complaint is , I wish I could find in a bigger dose. As it is I have to take multiple. Other brands have a bigger dosage. But these don't upset my stomach like other brands do. So I just choose to take multiple.

These tasted great and work even better. Can’t find them on the marketplace anymore, so I will have to venture to the store.

I recommend these to anyone who does not like taking medication but has a hard time falling asleep. They have a chocolate taste and melt quickly in your mouth. I take one every night at bedtime. It takes about 5 minutes. You do not feel drugged, you just drift off. Highly recommend.

I use this every night. I take 2 and within a short time I'm ready for bed. I'm in my 70's and sleeping isn't always easy as I've aged. These relax me. and I don't feel drugged the next morning.

I ran out before and tried another brand. Honestly, the others don’t seem to work like these. With these you get that gentle sleepy feeling.

Interesting taste. Only 1.5 calories in each. Excellent to those of us who don't want to drink more water before bedtime!
