Worst quality
This is my third time that I ordered this product and like before the candles broke out from the plastic as the sealant that binds the ceramic candle and the plastic-hood breaks open after 1 or 2 usage of the candle. Every time before using the candle I have to apply see lant to strengthen the plastic-hood and the ceramic candle. Because of the worst quality I don't want to buy them but there is no other option for me to buy these candles from anywhere else and every time I have to buy them and as soon as the product arrives I have to apply seeland solution so that I can use the candles properly.

Product is not as expected
I don't think this is a multi level filter, cause when you remove it from the package it feels like there is only 1 carbon filter element

Extremely bad product manufactured. Not cost effective.
After purchase and installation I required to clean the candle which came off from it's seal. The adhesive does not bear being wet constantly. This is not cost effective as it does not withstand being in water.Extremely bad product manufactured. Not cost effective.

Ceramic filter poorly attached into it's plastic holding piece
I bought two of these. The first one, I put it in my tap attachment just fine. My mom went to go clean it and the ceramic portion pulled out of it's plastic holding piece. The plastic holding piece was left in the tap filter holder. The second one, I was unwrapping it and pulled it by the ceramic portion to remove it from it's plastic, the ceramic was broken - bottom portion of the ceramic was still in the plastic holding piece and the other half in my hand. All the filtering beads inside came out.

Okay product
It breaks easily while dismantling to clean. 3 new filters already broke.

The bottom cap is delicate.
As given specifications is not met at all, first time installed try to removed for washing cap detached from bottom cap, trader replaced for the same after the week.

Cartridge broke after 1st usage
Usually we use the cartridge up-to 10-15 times. But this cartridge broke apart after the first usage. I have ordered pack of 4 cartridges and the issue is with all the 4 of them. Not worth to buy at all.
