Love this new product by Teeter. Feels very well made. So many great ways you can use this to work on your core. From correcting your posture while sitting to various exercises you can work on such as planks. push up hold back extension hold and many others. There is an exercise guide you can use.

Teeter supplies great back support. Enough that I ordered three more as Christmas. As of today I’ve only received two. Multiple orders-apparently not their strong point(I ordered all three at the same time).

I bought the product to complement the teeter inversion machine. I use it while i am sitting to keep me from slouching. I believe that it has helped me correct my posture. I use it daily as I sit and it keeps my posture in the proper position

I have lower back problems. My wife has coccyx pain after a fall decades ago. After half deflating the cushion, we placed the it on the bottom of our car's driver seat. Improvement in comfort for both of us? Yes. Perfect? No, but we've never found anything perfect over the years of trying this or that support device. But this one's a keeper.I think someone else mentioned in their review that they wish that the cushion was an inch or two wider. I agree.
