I love this cleaner from the Ninja makers. Bought it to replace an aging underperforming other notable brand. Much better value. Cleaning performance is superb, charges quickly, folds down out of the way when not in use and the blades in the motorised head do an excellent job. We don't have a hair problem so can't really comment on that but it is obviously a bonus. Controls are easy to use, switches suction power and surfaces very easily and emptying is a doddle. Perhaps the real bonus is that it is half the price of the other market leader but doesn't skimp on performance. It is a little heavier at the handle end due to the size and weight of the battery but that's easy to get used to. Highly recommended, I enjoy vacuuming now!!!

This is a very competent piece of kit. Bought to supplement a powerful corded vacuum cleaner it is our cleaner of choice, being adequately powerful for our needs. Long battery life and pretty easy to use in all its configurations. The downside is it is slightly heavier than is ideal.

Generally easy to use.Accessories are good quality and simple to attach.One hinge broke after 3 months however they replaced it with minimal fuss.Quite heavy but not really a problem as it's mostly used upright.Only big issue I have is the area above the 'fins' cannot be accessed by removing a panel and it gets very dirty.All other areas can be cleaned relatively easily.

This is a great product. Comes with a 5 year warranty so thats a major bonus. Its really powerful, we have a long haired cat and this does the job in picking up all the hairs. The battery life is also good, doesn't take long to charge and it pretty much gives you an hour. It came with quite a few accessories that help in cleaning different areas of the house. If youre thinking about this Vs a Dyson, I'd save your money and buy this, you wont regret it.

I have average sized 1 bedroom with mostly carpet with some flooring. I managed to vacuum entire flat 3 times, mostly on standard mode with some use as handheld and a few minutes using boost before the battery died. Its suction power is just as good as my upright even in standard mode and the lights on base were more useful for than i expected and I swear it sounds quieter than my hairdryer! Using boost function definitely uses a lot of battery power but given how good it is in standard mode I doubt there will be many occasions I need the boost. As a hand held it is slightly on the heavy side but not a deal breaker. The first purchase of this was returned to amazon as it was clearly 2nd hand and given how filthy (complete with detritus from someone's house) and smelly it was had been used in a house well beyond the help a humble hoover could give it so went to currys instead.

Bought this to replace my corded Shark Stratos , which I was finding too heavy with having reduced ability in my arm. This is fabulous, very light , manoeuvres easily, folds up to half the hight. Easy to take apart to empty , or make it a small handheld Suction is great. I just need to remember to put it back on charge after use. Great value getting it on Prime day

Bought in a black Friday deal and saved 200 pounds, have heard people say they are good for picking up pet hairs, I've already got a kirby which are one of the best you can buy and last for years so didn't expect the shark to be as good but got it for ease of use mainly for upstairs as the kirby is heavy, since getting the shark the kirby has been collecting dust as it's a brilliant Hoover easy to handle and makes hoovering easier despite having a small head, bend it round corners, under tables easily stair attachment very good, great on hard floors and picks up right to the edges,.takes 3 hours or so to charge and depending o what power setting you have it on you can get an hours use out of it, and as for picking up unseen dog hairs it performed better than the so called better kirby..definitely would reccomend...as a tip i find the suction on carpets works better when you pull the shark back.
