Bulgarian Cookbook: A Taste of Their Rituals and Roots

This is regretfully a very limited cookbook covering an area with diverse fascinating food. I cannot recall receiving a cookbook that is so profoundly absent of variety. It is absolutely not worth the price at which it has been advertised.
