Q: Does the handle come right out after tighting? We bought ours from Groupon and you can just pull the whole handle part out.

Mine did this at first. The bolt wasn't quite tight enough to start so it just kept spinning and wasn't attaching to the car. Try to tighten the nut/bolt just a bit before inserting the handle into the wheel shaft. Should tighten and stay tightened this way. At least this has worked for me on both that we have purchased. Also use a screwdriver through the hole on the "tool" provided. This will allow you to tighten it significantly more than without and it should stay tightened.

I'm not sure they will perform the best on these surfaces. I've found they really glide on pavement, concrete, smooth surfaces.

Q: Is the single front wheel supposed to touch the ground? Mine does not.

Yes i belive so bought 2 of these for my grand chrilden and they love them. Front wheel should touch thats what moves thems forward as they turn it back and forth. Hope this helps
