Robert piguet Blossom EDP, 100 ml

This scent is okay. It's floral but very sweet, with some citrusy notes that don't last. The scent is quite heavy and a little darker than expected, not the lightweight freshness I usually expect from a scent called "blossom." I still haven't really decided what might make me reach for this by choice, but a few days have come up where it was my selection. It hasn't earned a go-to mood yet, though.The biggest issue to me is the bottle, honestly. I am an avid collector of fragrances, including not only recognizable names but also unique, unusual ones from all over the world. Most expensive fragrances have invested in bottles with imprinted designs, embossing, thermographically printed or enameled logos, even jewels or emblems. This one has a sticker. It is a $175 perfume in a generic bottle with a sticker on the front.I don't know, to me this doesn't seem like a very fine fragrance between the sticker on the bottle and the fact that it doesn't seem to last long despite being a heavier weighted, more deep scent than expected. Overall it's nice but probably not something I see purchasing again.

This scent is a little more modern than Fracas. It’s a beautiful, flowery scent that lingers all day. I love it!

This perfume from Robert Piguet comes packaged in a relatively plain black box that wouldn't really give a casual observer any clue as to the premium price tag attached to it. If there's anything disappointing about this it's probably the packaging not really being all that interesting or attractive to give as a gift. Inside the box there is a plain black bottle with a "Blossom De Robert Piguet - Paris-France" sticker on it. It's an interesting scent. More floral than I expected despite the "blossom" name. It's floral with some hint of citrus. I don't have a sophisticated sense of smell, but this smells like a sophisticated perfume. Perfume scent is a personal thing for each person. My wife finds that this one doesn't mix well with her chemistry, but I like the scent personally, so it would be a good thing to try in a smaller package or in person if possible before springing for an expensive one like this.

This definitely isn't my favorite perfume. It's okay but not one I would regularly wear. I felt like the musk scent outweighed any other after just a few minutes and it became a less attractive scent. The bottle is less than impressive. That isn't a really big deal if the scent was amazing but for $175 perfume I would expect something a bit more elegant.
