Review: These insoles are life changing if you have high arches - I never write reviews. Ever. But I felt like if I could help another high arch sufferer that went through months of leg pain, I'm writing a review. So I've had my Brooks Ghost 10 shoes for a few years. Ran in them a lot, lift weights in them, walk around the house in them, etc. However, I started getting really bad sciatica and leg pain for the past few months. So bad, I thought I had a blood clot in my leg. In any case, the doctor at the ER mentioned that I had really high arches. I never really thought of them as THAT high, but alas, I thought it was worth addressing. I found these on desertcart -- something made specifically for high arches and holy moley.... my world has been changed. While it took a day or two to get used to almost a lumber-like support in my shoe, my back and leg pain have gone. (Although I am doing some awesome daily stretching to help the sciatica, too). But it's like I have brand new shoes without having to spend $100+. They fit perfectly in my narrow size 8.5 Brooks Ghost 10 shoes. No trimming needed. Great support at the gym when lifting weights, too. If you are a high arch or sciatica sufferer -- give these a whirl. They are worth the $$$.

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ These insoles are life changing if you have high arches

I never write reviews. Ever. But I felt like if I could help another high arch sufferer that went through months of leg pain, I'm writing a review. So I've had my Brooks Ghost 10 shoes for a few years. Ran in them a lot, lift weights in them, walk around the house in them, etc. However, I started getting really bad sciatica and leg pain for the past few months. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Very good for high arches. 5mm in forefoot!

These work well for those with high arches. The forefoot could use a touch more padding IMO, but the heel is very supportive and the arch curve is significant. Another plus here is the price of this brand, Sofsole. Not out to gauge ya like some others. Recommended. Update June 19/21: I've tried several brands and these SofSole High Arch stay at the top for me in comfort. It's the forefoot, under the balls of the feet, metatarsal area. I measured a whopping 5mm of cushion and that's the key. Like many other insole brands, the heel is great, stable and cushiony. This model has a pronounced arch support too, so if you have high arches, these are nice. But the 5mm thickness in the forefoot is the best so far and you can feel the difference. Highly recommended.
