I bought these over a year ago and they've held up really nice. They're a bit small so be sure to measure. I put the toilet paper holder vertically instead of horizontally and i really recommend it. it looks really chic and the roll never falls off.

I ordered this , because we are replacing items in our bathroom. This is a DIY project . When I started to put this up , I was doing it incorrectly. Thankfully this company understands customer service . They reached out “ just because “ I had ordered their product !!! They were responsive and helpful. Now that we have the upstairs bathroom done , we will be ordering another set from this company to complete our downstairs and possibly another set to replace our paper towel bars in our kitchen . I want to tell this company GOOD JOB on remembering that customers will always come back when a company cares. If you are second guessing this product DONT !! this company is one of the good ones and we are satisfied with this purchase

I chose these for the color and though they are cute and simple, I wish they were more hefty or substantial like another set I chose. But they add a clean, simple, modern look that works well with my new paint and other black hardware.

The towel rack is a little small, but perfect for our bathroom with the addition of the included hooks. The kit comes with two of everything. Matte black, metal and sturdy. Updated two bathrooms and a half bath. One toilet roll holder at the "orange" box store costs the same as this whole kit, if your lucky! Don't over think it, matte black, looks good, study and there will usually be a towel covering it up anyway. But they look sleek and modern without a towel on them.

I've installed some of these from the kit and found the quality of the items to be less than expected. The allen screw is very small and what it screws into is very thin metal... this results in the screw either stripping out or not holding the item in place securely. I've had to reinstall the toilet paper holder a few times now as it has either loosened or fallen off all together due to the screw not holding properly.

I like the look of the towel hangar and it should do what I need. It was a bit difficult to get both sides level. A paper template would be handy to know exactly where the screws need to go.

Not only did the product arrive on time, it was well packaged and in perfect condition. Installation is super easy and holds very well. Nice and sturdy. Love the style and quality
