Great Tablet for the Price & Easy Set-Up!
I needed a new tablet (on a limited budget) for Graphic Design work, and this one fits the bill quite nicely. I'm on a newer MacBook Pro (less than 6 months old) no CD drive, running OSX Yosemite. Though the package contains a CD with the drivers, they also provide you with a website to download the drivers, as well as links for downloading some free software and other bonuses. (AutoDesk Sketchbook Pro is really fun!) I was up and running in about 5 minutes from the time I opened the box - including the process of downloading the driver. I was also pleasantly surprised that the tablet, itself, was bigger than I expected, and it works very well with my 24" Cinema display as well as my 15" MacBook screen, and it works great when navigating a dual monitor set-up as well. The box contains the USB connection cord, pen, tablet, and a set-up guide booklet along with a CD of the drivers and extra pen holder. Inside the back of the tablet are 3 extra nibs, which is really all you will ever need. (One nib will last me 6 months - 1 year, depending on how often I use the pen.) There is also a pen holder connected to the tablet, so you'll never lose your pen. (You don't need any batteries for the pen either.) The tablet itself comes wrapped in a soft fabric bag that will work well for keeping it safe when not in use and/or until you purchase a nice travel case for it.The pen, itself, functions as a pen and a mouse, but you can also use a separate mouse as well - I have had no conflicts with this; just make sure you place your pen somewhere off to the side of the tablet when using the mouse. The only downside I can think of, which is more of a personal preference, is that I wish the pen had a little more weight to it. Though the size is great and fits comfortably in my hand, it is a little light for my liking, as I tend to be a bit more pressure heavy when drawing, and a pen with a little more "meat" to it is what works best for me. Though in the end, it will just take some getting used to is all.The tablet is very nice and sleek and has a paper texture to it so that it feels as if you are really drawing on paper. It translates my pen and brush strokes fantastically, and is large enough for me to comfortably rest my wrist on the tablet when drawing. It has been working great with Illustrator and Photoshop, and I love the control I have with all the brushes.I haven't yet played around with the hot keys, as I have never used them, even with previous tablets I have owned. Thus, I can't say how well they work. Though, the software that comes with the driver is really easy to navigate and provides you with all sorts of settings that you can personalize to your liking, including pen sensitivity and pressure, as well as hot key settings. If you're new to the realm of drawing tablets, this is a great one to start with. Though there are other brands out there that are larger and cheaper, Wacom/Intuos tablets have always proved to be great products for me, and they provide many resources from tutorials to manuals on their website, as well as great support. It's definitely worth the $60 to try it out; if you don't like it, you can always re-sell it and get a different one, or use it as a way to learn before investing in a larger, more expensive professional tablet. All in all, a great tablet for a variety of artistic and technical uses. If you're on the fence as to which tablet to buy, it's time to jump off and invest your dollars in this one.

i couldn't ask for better
i've been using this tablet for a year now, and i really adore it. it was absolutely perfect, acted like brand new, and was working well within a day or two. i've heard a lot about the chord wearing out and not working, so i've been careful with mine, and it's still in very good condition. the pen scratches the surface a bit, and the tips wear out quickly, but that's with any tablet. i tried a cheaper tablet before this one, and trust me when i say it's worth the extra money to buy one that's going to last, and this tablet in particular is a very good option. it was a lot bigger than i had expected, which was nice-- my friend bought a medium, and it's actually uncomfortably large for me to use; the small is really the perfect size. the only thing is that the chord is meant for laptops, so if your computer sits on the ground, the tablet might not be able to reach the desk. but really this tablet is my first choice; i wouldn't want to use anything else.edit 11/28/2017, over a year later: This tablet is still going strong! It gets a bit scratched, but it doesn't impact anything about the functionality, as far as I know. The chord has, indeed, become an issue, though I was always careful with it. I'm going to have to get a new one any time now. It's definitely a drawback from the tablet as a whole, but I wouldn't say it's enough of a fault to detract a star (compared to the Huion tablet I started with, which I probably should have given one star). At one point I bought a second tablet from this same listing (for the pen, since it was less expensive to buy the pack than a brand new pen when I lost mine), and I haven't used it, but it appears to be in just as perfect condition as the first. I would definitely recommend it!

it's like Wacom changed it's market focus for small tablets from ...
This pen and tablet is actually much higher quality than the newer Intuous Draw it was bought to replace. This older model is of much nicer construction, with smoother plastic, a much higher grade pen, and a sturdier connection port than even the current small Intuos Pro. Comparing the old and new models, it's like Wacom changed it's market focus for small tablets from artists who need a quality smaller device for travelling or working away from home into a disposable toy for amateurs looking to dip their feet in the drawing-tablet pool without committing to a "real" (much bulkier and more expensive) Intuos pro. It's a shame, because the Intuos Pro small is still much large than this, and the Draw is similar sized but without the same build quality. If you're looking for compact affordable quality, here it is.

I've been using this for a couple years, still works like a charm ~
This tablet is extremely reliable and durable. It's responsive much better than those cheap ones where you have to stab the thing to get it to register something. I've made plenty of drawings/sketches with this as well as able to play osu with ease. The little pen point hasn't worn out yet either which is nice, haven't had to replace that even with all the times it's been used. I'ts incredible the quality of it for the price, if you wan't something that will last and is decent I highly recommend this one.

LOVE this thing
LOVE this thing! I got it as a refurbished tablet and the price was on the lower side since it's an older model. It has four buttons you can assign to any hot keys you want, and you can even assign per-program button hot keys. I have the pen's lower finger button set to undo in my Paintshop program to quickly undo any stroke or set of sketch lines I didn't like. In my browsers, it's set to copy so I can work with highlighted text with ease. It's the only tablet I've ever had but it was pretty easy to learn with, and I'm definitely getting my money's worth out of it, even as someone who's not a professional artist and doesn't have a lot of time to draw. Comes in a nice protective box that holds the pen, color bands, and the driver CD. You can also get the drivers off the website, though most of my computers didn't need them (one of mine did).
