Heartless (An Enemies To Lovers Novel Book 1)

The start of the book excited me and I read further expecting a turn in story but all I felt was like reading a amateur wattpad story. Actually there are far better stories on wattpad than this.

First of all- the book description is SO misleading. I almost passed on this book bc of it actually but I’m glad I decided to give it a shot bc it ended up being a nice quick, but enjoyable, read. The description however, yeah. Totally misleading and inaccurate. I would be more annoyed had I decided to read the book based on it.Second of all- It is RARE I grant a book a full 5 stars. Other than a misleading description though I found absolutely no faults with this book. Characters were all very charming. If not for a handful of steamy-ish scenes, I would even say it is a sweet and clean romance.Third of all- bully romance this is NOT. If you are looking at this book bc it says enemies to lovers, just know that is misleading as well. The dude is just a bit of a jerk a few times in the beginning. This is a quick read so there’s not a lot of depth into each character so whatever was so “heartless” about him is never truly brought to light. Definitely nothing heartless about this man.

Michelle Heard is brilliant! I love everything about her books. Della and Carter's story was so special, I was not expecting that intensity. Be prepared because you are going to cry, but you are not going to get sad about it. I just wish that they didn't have to be apart for so long. I totally recommend this book.

Michelle’s books are the perfect read. I love everything about this book, even though long time lapses bug me this one didn’t. I can’t wait to read the rest of the guys books. I love the brother type relationship in a big group of guy friends so I can’t wait to see them all get their happy endings!

First time reading Michelle's work, I really enjoyed the story, Carter is rude to say the least, but you have to get to know him, and Della, you really feel for her. Their chemistry is hot, and Carter is an Alpha male, if you want a sexy, swoonworthy alpha male, who is possessive and protective, and the very hot scenes between them, then this is a very good and sexy read. I can't wait for the other crews stories, especially Rhett and Evie's🥰

Was a great read couldn’t put it down. Characters were well written storyline was intriguing overall. A really good read will be reading the other ones.
