BoschAutomotive 0261222019 Original Equipment Self-Diagnosis Module

It appeared to be well made and was installed on a 2011 Volvo XC60. I was getting a check engine error code that this fixed. If you are changing this on a two wheel-drive it's not a bad and there is a youtube video that walks you through the process. The AWD version is very difficult since the rear drive train is in the way. There is very little room to swing this component out if you are able to get the lines disconnected. If you have big hands it may be an impossible task.

Amazon says it won't work for my car but I cross referenced it with ipdusa.com and it'll work. Installation was not easy because of the lack of space above the AWD system but it's only 3 screws, 2 hoses, and 1 connector. If your car isn't an AWD, probably a lot easier. I didn't even need to clear the code, CEL was gone immediately. Took the car on a 200 mile drive right away, zero issues. And this is probably the cheapest genuine BOSCH part I can find online.

Worked great on my 2012 Volvo S60. Very easy to change, took 30 minutes. Make sure you have some hose clamps cause the stock ones aren’t reusable

Perfect fit. Since this part is located under the vehicle, under the rear right back seat, the 2 hose claps were rusted and challenging to remove. You may also need to pick up a few 1-1/2" hose claps with this part. Installation was straight-forward and easy. Vehicle did not need to be jacked up. Highly recommended seller and part. Works as expected.

I installed this evap pump on my Volvo s60. It was an easily accessible part on the S60, and the pump seems to be functioning well. However, the wiring harness is not clearly marked and made the reconnection confusing. Probably should have marked the harness with a marker prior to removal to make it easy to reconnect.
