Bought this for neck and back pain, helps with the back pain but the collar for the neck pain didn’t heat up so didn’t really help

I bought this because I was finding that my back wasn't very comfortable after a day at the desk. This helps by providing warmth and also making sure I sit properly.It has a timer so turns off. I have found that when I turn it back on, it doesn't always restart so I have to turn it off then turn back on.Great product and really useful in freezing weather!

Does a really good job and looks well made. I’ve had other Renpho electrical products which have been good so chose this from them over the hundreds of other weirdly branded Chinese product.The cable isn’t super long so do think about where you will use this and where the power is coming from.Used this on the lowest setting only so far. Seems to get very hot over time and yet to experience the auto-off kicking in after 90 minutes so I tend to turn it off myself once it starts feeling hotter than before.Nice and soft but the cable and controller can get in the way and sometimes make it awkward to keep in place. As others have said, the heating element doesn’t go very close to the edges so the heated area isn’t very big at all and you notice the cold edges. Claims to be cheap to run and hope it is, certainly haven’t felt the need to put the heating on while I’m using it so far.

The first thing you will notice when you open this is the 'HD LCD DISPLAY' isn't at all LCD, it's a piece of plastic with numbers on that slides up as you slide the switch up. It's illuminated but not even close to LCD, that's a bare faced lie.It's soft, I'll give them that, it's a bit on the small side for anything called large but I knew what the measurements were.The main problem is the stitching around the edge has almost immediately started to come unstitched, leaving the inside of the mat exposed. I will be returning for a refund as the insides really need to stay inside. I'm a little disappointed because we have a few Renpho products that are cheap but good quality, this one falls way short of that.
