I didn't see any results as promised, but different products work differently for different people. It may work for you

Received my order Monday, Nov 12. Took three the first day, then two a day since then. This was on recommendation of my urologist as I have been waking up every two hours at night to go to the bathroom. I noticed a difference the first night when I made four hours between having to get up. It's been consistent every night except last night but I drank two beers before and with dinner. I still only woke up once more than three hours after lights out. I am on Coumadin so contacted my Coumadin clinic about possible interactions and they said there were none (even though many internet sites say there may be possible interactions). In addition to not having to get up as often at night, I notice a difference in "flow" during the daytime. So a big thumbs up for this product which I will be using regularly from now on.

I did not find that these worked any better than the ones I buy at Walmart for a much cheaper price.

I have taken this supplement for several months, with minor noticeable change. I will continue to monitor the progress. Very reasonably price.
