Ladder is quick to setup and take down. Folds up neatly and store it in my work van. I use it for tank access so it is super convenient. I’m guying one more to put on our other service truck. The hooks swivel and are removable. The ladder is sturdy but carful collapsing ladder. Fingers smash hazard for sure

THe ladder sets up fast and is surly and stable. I’m a big guy and always worry about ladders. This one replaced three other ladders I use. It’s light weight and easy to extend. Only downside is the distance between the rungs. They are about 3-4” longer than the rungs on my extension ladders and step ladder. I found stepping up a little harder, especially with tools.

This ladder is so convenient and easily worth the money. I can put this ladder in my trunk to bring to work with me if needed, and easily transport home again. When fully extended, I am more careful at the top than normal because the joints wiggle slightly. They’re not going anywhere, but it’s enough to throw you off balance if you’re not careful or using it unwisely lol

The first thing I noticed taking the ladder out of the box was that there was some sort of light coating of black spray paint on the bottom of the ladder. I figured a little ebow grease and I can clean that off. Then I tried to extend the ladder and the upper rungs had paint on them as well but much more paint. The dirt still was on the steps and the rails were painted with the Colors of White, Blue and Black. I was not able to expand the ladder past the 3rd step as it had been painted into place. THAT IS A REAL PROBLEM !. I was not going to force the steps apart. In the pictures below. you can see the first rung with black paint on the top rung. This is supposed to be shinning silver aluminum. The next picture shows a cleaner rung and you can see the silver aluminum with a blotch of blue paint. This ladder was not in like New condition as described. To me my understanding of " like new condition " is when you take the ladder out of the box, see that the purchase was not as expected and then place it back into the box for a return. Not something which was bought, used without caring of the tool for several painting jobs ( Black, Blue & White ) and when done using it attempted to resell it on Amazon to an unsuspected buyer stating it's condition is " Like New." It wasn't until I went back to the purchase I made on the computer to re-read the description. I was asking myself, I make the mistake in reading the condition. THE ANSWER WAS NO !. Then I saw that this ladder was supposed to come with roof hooks which was not in the box. Missing parts should of been in the description. Had it of been said parts missing, I would not of bought it. I asked for a refund within 15 minutes of opening the box. Today is the 4th day since asking for a refund and I have not heard from the seller. I'm not a happy camper. I personally would never buy from Motor Kingdom again. Let the buyer beware !

3 stars because I had to drill holes for the support bolt to attach to the ladder base. They must have skipped that step at the factory...Anyway its easy to store, but I wouldn't use this ladder for anything more than light duties inside the house. You need to be really careful and check that each step when extended is fully locked in, and equally not to crush a finger when collapsing the ladder to put it away as it is prone to close suddenly when the tabs are pulled. If you are planning to purchase this for daily work use, I would recommend a traditional a frame ladder as it will be much quicker to deploy and safer.

This ladder is just what I needed to reach my attic access above a stairway. It’s extremely light weight and easy to maneuver. I was a bit nervous because it is so light that I was unsure if it’s sturdiness. But, my 220lb son was able able to climb up it and there were no issues. It’s quick to adjust, just watch your fingers as you close it back down. It can easily be stored anywhere and I can now move my larger ladders back to the shed and free up space in my garage. My order was shipped right away and I received it two days earlier than the estimated arrival date. Thanks to the shipper, Amazon and UPS!

Loved the ability to extend latter in close spots among thick grove of trees for triming. Very useful for cleaning gutters, but at the 20 foot extension would not want to weigh too much (at 140 pounds the ladder was a bit wobbly). Overall, a great purchase for me.
