I absolutely love these Katbite silicone baking mats! The pink color is super cute and adds a cheerful touch to my kitchen. I’ve used them for cookies, bread, and even roasted veggies, and everything bakes evenly and slides right off without sticking. No more parchment paper waste — these clean up easily with just a little soap and water. The set comes with two half-sheet mats and one quarter-sheet mat, which is perfect for my baking needs. These actually turned out to be a good buy. Thought the flexibility of them would be an issue for certain foods. We either place them directly on the oven grate, or on something else like an old baking pan. They are thick enough to handle most food and have not burned or melted. They are non-stick, but food doesn't slide around uncontrollably. Much more useful than the ceramic baking pans we've ordered recently.

I am new to cooking. I don't enjoy it much, but with restaurant pricing, I need to suck-up the distaste for the culinary arts. I'd used several rolls of parchment paper when baking when I saw these suggested by some online influencer. I decided to try them since my whole goal is saving money and tree-resources. Neither size fits my actual baking sheets exactly, so I'll either adjust them or buy baking sheets the correct size. --- They work. No doubt about it. Anything I put on them to bake slides off easily when finished. No spray is required either (another savings). They are, however, a bit tricky to clean. They have a strange texture and if I'm not sure to totally rinse the soap off, the soap leaves a film. Getting used to them is a little tricky, but I think I'll eventually sing all their praises. -- My first thought the first time was "Why haven't I known about these before?!!" I think that says it all.

These baking mats make life so much easier. No need to spray because food will not stick. Great for baked goods, wings and even meatballs. Place it on your cookie sheet and no need to worry about items sticking and makes clean-up very easy.
