Great incense--actually Shoyeido brand! (Not duds)
So much cheaper than on Shoyeido's website so I was skeptical, but I've used these before and can confirm that these are the real deal. Very pleasant, woody aroma with complexity that will develop and reveal itself to you over time.

I have used Shoyeido for years and I appreciate the depth and beauty of the scents.
After reading the other reviews I decided to take a chance with Beckoning Spring and I'm glad I did. I don't burn it every day, and usually a half a stick since it is so dear. When I sit to meditate and allow time to appreciate the many layers of this scent I pick-up the warming of the earth and the clean scent of new flower and tree blossoms. Beckoning Spring is not a warm cozy scent. It is really beckoning a walk, noticing the expanding exquisite freshness of Spring. It is subtle deepening and expansion of Kyozakura (Cherry Blossoms) carrying more layers of joy. I highly recommend it.
