This has actually been one of my more favorite text books through my college career! It's easy to read, sums up major points really well, and my favorite part is that it has self-assessments throughout each chapter that gives insight into your personality and how it ties into leadership and how to improve it. The chapters are not too long and they give you a summary at the end of the key points. I rented it and if it wasn't over $100 to buy it outright then I probably would... and I've never liked a text book that much before!

I have taken so many leadership courses that the books all started to sound the same. This book however is full of practical theory application and leadership development exercises. If it didn't cost so much to buy, I'd purchase it for my library.
