The mat is all you really need.
The mat is durable, the stickers a nice touch, the timer, poor quality and works inconsistently, otherwise, great concept.

Tantrums are minimal
Our 2 year old does very well with this mat! Tantrums are very minimal now. We explain why she’s in time out, let her sit alone for 2 minutes, & then give her a big hug & tell her we still love her, just not the behavior. And it has drastically decreased the yelling & crying in this house.

Great Set but no Battery for Timer
Great little set. No fuss in using it with our twins. It would have gotten 5 star had the battery been included or any mention of what size battery that fits. Very disappointing for the timer not to work.

Great product!!!
My 4 year old has trouble with "time out" and has a lot easier time going to his "thought spot" and using his mood flipbook we bought with it. It has been a godsend. Tantrums are significantly decreased in length since this arrived. Very happy with this product.

Hoping mat works
Mat is nice well made but very annoyed timer is not working could have bought a cheaper one without timer
