Very well made, excellent quality, fully lined and true to size. I feel reviews should be helpful so..I bought a large for my 34lb Frenchie (20"L 18"N 24"C/G). My boy is big on top and slim from the waist back making it difficult to find something that doesn't drag at the bottom or too short lengthwise. No issues here as the jacket has bungee cords that make it fully adjustable. I can tighten the underbelly so he has 'clearance' to do his business but long enough on top to keep him from getting his rump wet. Only thing is that the zipper won't go all the way up his neck (bulldog issues lol) but it's not a big deal since it has snaps that close OVER the zipper. Way better coverage than those Velcro straps that leave his belly exposed. The sleeves are just the right length but can be rolled up if necessary. Hood is also adjustable and can be snapped back out of the way or removed completely. We have yet to test it in a downpour and it's not compatible with his Kurgo harness (due to location of leash hole) but it's roomy enough to use with his comfort harness. All in all I am very pleased with the purchase, a little more than I was looking to spend but well worth it. If you want a quality, full coverage, adjustable, Stylish raincoat that doesn't fit your dog like a cape and makes him look stupid, this is the one for you!
