Having checked the ingredients fully, I find the contents to be identical to a more well known highly advertised brand which has recently raised its price to almost double the cost of this product. So half price for the same content for me.

I’ve been taking multivitamins from various brands for years. I used to get them from much more expensive brands and I see no difference with those ones. I compared the ingredients and they are very similar, I feel the same using those vitamins as I was feeling with the much more expensive ones. Really not worth paying so much money when you can have good quality vitamins like those ones for a much cheaper price. I also use the vitamin D from the same brand and it’s perfect!

I'm not really sure what to say about these...They are very good value getting a years worth but a few things to note. The pictures appear to show clean white tablets which these are certainly not as they are speckled brown things. They do have a smell but it's not terrible thankfully. They do however leave a taste in your mouth no matter how quick you chuck it in and swallow you just cant avoid the after taste. The last thing is I feel zero difference... I was expecting to notice some sort of change but sadly I'm not feeling any different to how I did before taking these but as I have a years worth I will continue taking them daily then decide if it is worth buying more.
