High capacity torque wrench
I have 4 other torque wrenches but not one that went as high as this for a specific application I had. Was kind of excessive for what might be a single use, but renting one was gong to be the same price. The fit and finish seemed very good, operating it was very good and had a good feel. Case was good. Good value for the product. No complaints. I did not have it independently calibrated but can’t imaging at 250 ft/lbs that it could be that far off.

Excellent quality
Some people have said they don't like the quality of this product, which is utter rubbish. It is an excellent torque wrench for the money and works extremely well, go ahead and buy it.

I am pleasantly surprised! Great Torque Wrench for $$$
My larger torque wrench is an expensive, but very well made Snap-on. As much as I love it, I didn't want to spend that much for a smaller 3/8 drive torque wrench. I tried one form Harbor Freight and it was just awful. I took it back...I was hesitant to use Amazon for purchasing a torque wrench for fear I also wouldn't like it. I decided to read the reviews and take my chances on what looks like the best quality for the money. The reviews for this wrench were very favorable, so I decided to take a chance on the Neiko Professional Grade model.I have to say that I am simply thrilled with this purchase! I tend to be pretty picky, especially when it comes to my tools. This is not the cheapest torque wrench by any means. But it certainly is a best buy in my mind. Here is what I like:Nice quality case came with the tool. It can torque both right and left hand directions. The handle adjustment seems very precise, easy to read and it feels like it works as intended. I like the handle. It feels like a very precise click. It clicks loud enough to hear and feel. The tool feels well made.I really don't have any negatives to report. The quality is really fantastic, but not the same as my Snap-On torque wrench. But it really feels good and is less than half the cost (almost a third) of the Snap-On tool. I am really pleased with the quality and I think it represents a very good value.

Decent Tool
BACKGROUND:I am a DIYer when it comes to doing (most of) the maintenance on my vehicles and was looking for a couple of torque wrenches to expand my tool box. I was not looking to spend a lot on these wrenches as they would only be used a few times per year but I also didn't want to risk too cheap a tool that may not click when needed and cause expensive damage. I chose the Neiko Pro wrenches due to the relatively low cost, the style of locking/unlocking mechanism and that it is factory tested (at least it has a sticker that says so).MY EXPERIENCE:Fit and finish is a step down from other tools that I own (casting marks on ratchet head, not finished with "mirror" chrome). I ran the torque wrench through its range out of the box comparing against my existing Craftsman 1/2" wrench where possible (from 40 ft-Lbs up to 80 ft-Lbs) and it felt quite consistent. I would say that it was initially very difficult to set the Neiko Pro 3/8 wrench to its maximum torque setting - quite a lot of twisting force was needed. I ran the torque wrench through its range of settings several times and it did get easier after being exercised. In general, the tool works as expected and I am satisfied with the purchase. I would recommend that you test the torque wrench at the desired setting (on a lug nut for example) to get a feel for the break over force before you start torquing sensitive bolts. The other wrench I purchased referred to in this review was the Neiko Pro 1/4 Torque Wrench.
