Tote More Toolbox

a very handy thing to have when doing cleaning or repair projects around the house. Keeps multiple tools and hardware within an easy reach. Good quality, and a good value for the money.

This is an excellent tool tote. Very well designed and built.

I was tired of make multiple trips back to the garage tool boxes. Perfect little tote to carry tools in. Handle grip is sharp from the molding process. I just wrapped it with gaffers tape.

We ordered this for my 5 year old nephew. He is being homeschooled and we needed something that was sturdy enough to survive a 5 year old but worked well to hold all his pens, pencils, erasers, rulers, markers, crayons, etc. My sister has a homeschool area in the famiy room and a large work desk but there are now drawers on it and we needed something to hold all his school stuff. He loves it and so do we. He puts his small stuff in the drawer. It has compartments to seperate stuff in it and closes very securely. It is a very durable and tough plastic and while we aren't using it in the traditional sense it would work well for tools as well.

This is a great tote! I bought for my grandson to keep his gears, gadgets, batteries & motors! He is 8 and obsessed with building stuff out of things with recycled parts! I think it can be used for many, many hobbies!

Sturdy, well made, and very useful for tool Storage.

This tool caddy is a bit small, but the dimensions are given and it will carry what I need for most home projects. I marked the item down to three stars for two reasons: 1) the bottom drawer is too tight and will not slide out easily (shouldn't have to fight it every time); and 2) the molding process left a sharp edge of residual plastic on each side of the handle that made it uncomfortable to pick up and grip. I was able to shave that excess of on each side with a box cutter, but I shouldn't have to do this.

There's nothing flimsy about this caddy. I was worried it might be but it's not. The drawer on it is solid and it won't come out unless you want it to. I wasn't altogether happy with the handle so I made an alteration. I took a 3/4" dowel rod and a couple of steel reinforcing bars and attached them and I'm happy. I only have one so I can't say whether my alteration interferes with stacking them, but I imagine it does. I had to drill a small hole and do some rasping on the dowel to accomodate a mold mark, but that was easy.

Very handy format. However, not as nice as and older one I was replacing after 20 years. Old model had metal spring latch for drawer (new latch relies on plastic flex but still works). Old model had storage under handle (new style omits floor in space under handle so items will fall through). I decided to keep the new version and added a wood block floor to recreate storage space under the handle. Overall, I am thankful this caddy (with a very usable drawer) is still available. Hoping it will last another 20 years!
